There is no failure, only a delay in results.
You may have heard me saying this quite a number of times - but that's only because it's a VERY important fact to remember.
Why? Because you'll be able to overcome frustration and negativity that much more easily when you know that your desires are never a matter of IF, but rather a matter of WHEN.
Let's try a simple exercise together. I've used it many times to ward off my frustrations, and replace them with a deep sense of focus.
First of all, I want you to put yourself into a peak state. Give yourself words of encouragement, to the point where you feel enthusiastic, strong and unstoppable.

I think this is a very nice exercise and it made me realize few things that I had no idea I want to do or have!
