2009 has been a challenging year, to say the least. Browsing through today's paper, I found an article stating that 1 in 8 adults and 1 in 4 children are on food stamps. Millions are still unemployed. And there seems to be no end in sight to the healthcare system debate.
On a surface level, it makes sense to be depressed by all the doom and gloom. BUT… not if you're aware of one very important fact:
Help is just a thought away.
“Ask to receive-knock to open-seek to find has always been available since a higher force is on call twenty-four hours a day ready to help us through doom and gloom."
Perhaps we can’t control global issues but we can control what we do and think. Now is the time to again remind everyone that we are what we think. I suggest that you write it down, keep it handy and memorize it less you forget.
Watch Your Thoughts, They Become Words
Watch Your Words, They Become Actions,
Watch Your Actions, They Become Habits,
Watch Your Habits, They Become Character,
Watch Your Character, For it Becomes Your Destiny.
We all, as a human race on planet earth were born to follow a spiritual path. Did you ever notice that people who are aware of the Spiritual aspects of man seem to float as they walk, smile a lot, give hugs and compliments, both of which are free? You can also sense an open honesty and something magical about them.
If you are still not aware how one gets on the spiritual path then you need to reread the above Thought Creates. Change your thinking, change your life. Get it!
Books, tapes and lectures offer good suggestions for finding your spirituality. Meditation and prayer also provide powerful tools to tap into your God power. There is a God aspect in every one of us and we are gifted in one way or another. Are you using yours?
Spirituality is based on unconditional love and it’s up to our gift of free will what we do with it. What a wonderful world it would be if we all chose the ‘light force’ of spirituality. Then the negative energy that’s around the world and is so powerful at this time would be diminished.
If you want to join me for a joyous holiday season and a happy healthy, prosperous 2010-year, here are a few more tips you might want to follow:
- Let your New Year’s resolutions be to forgive and forget.
- Remember-what goes around-comes around.
- Always keep faith and hope alive.
- Never let negative doubts pull you down. You are always in control of what you think.
- Respect each other and let the love flow through you towards all that come into your presence

Not everyone hasthe money to buy your book
Like others, I too have financial hardship. Barely making it check to check these days. I have tried to be positive and chant my blessings and wishes every morning, but find myself still in my current situation. Am I doing something wrong? Do I have some kind of block somewhere?? I do believe in the idea. Am I being impatient? Any thoughts or suggestions would be great!

Thank you I needed uplifting we just lost our car we don't have jobs, my husbands unemployment stopped after 3 months so now we can't pay for our cobra health insurance and last but not least we been living with relatives in a new city for 9 months now and their house is being forclosed and we have to leave in Jan so we have no where to go and no money to get there so all i have right now is my belief that GOD will pull us through in the nick of time.
So this was just what I needed to stay positive that it will work out for the best. Keep us in prayer cause we're not the only family going through a hard time right now.

As I awoke this morning I sat in silence and stopped the worry voice in my head (I was feeling rather bleak as we go into Christmas as I'm not sure just how it's all going to come together for my children and myself, it really is an opportunity for me to get creative on all levels believe me) to take stock of all that I am grateful for. I lost my job 0n 9/18/09, have been trying to unsuccessfully get Unemployment ever since. I've used up all my resources, and as a last resort, had to withdraw all my $1000.00 IRA -
which ended up being $700 after taxes & penalties!- to pay most of my December bills. I must be the 1 in 8 adults on food stamps, for I started receiving them in November.
I can only trust that God will help me through the winter. . .maybe drop a hint or 2 of how or where to get a little financial help. My trust is in HIM. . .I already know better thab to trust myself. .don't you agree?!? I've printed out your page and plan to read & reread it daily!

First of all, thank you for the encouraging words of thought. In my eyes your an angel without wings. I sense it and I thank you for all you stand for, to me....A friend, and a grandmother figure with such wisdom....
The little bit I did get to listen to of your $1 special I could feel a light and warmth in my heart just listening to your voice and the few stories I did get to hear. I felt bad, I had so much happen in my family I didnt get to complete it and asked for the refund. In those 7 days, we had 2 deaths, my mother had serious shoulder surgery, my 4 year old grandson had his tonsils out, my 43 year old sister on my real fathers side had a major heart attack and I had to go to Alabama.
Ever since I was a young child I have dearly loved the elderly for some reason. You remind me of a grandmother that everyone just wants to run to and hug them so tightly. I know I could sit and listen to your lifes stories and the long years of wisdom you hold in your heart and mind....indefinitely.
I am 53 and still, I seem to desire hear from those older than myself.....For they hold so much information, for those who have the heart and time to listen.
My grandmothers are all gone now, but if I could choose another she would be just as wonderful as you. You are a true angel.....Thank you.
Once I get back on my feet and working, I do indeed want to hear everything you can teach me....with your books, CD's etc. I will get back with you after the holidays, for I am interested in every word you share.

I've just a few months ago started my research into the ideas behind "THE LAW OF ATTRACTION", I have been using the
information you give us all, and it's a little uncanny...so far I am able to manifest small things and ideas that just seem to pop into my mind, and after each one I give thanks, gratitude for that which I am given.

I've been trying to get you to tell me just what is this secret? I know that God has a lot to do with everything here on this planet & yes spirituality is a biggie! Everytime you say your going to send me something you don't you just beat around the bush waiting for me to buy something of your advertising. I have been waiting for this booklet (not a book) phamplet if you may. And as of yet have I received it? I feel led on to false promises, so what's up?

Hi my name is kitty , and i have tryed to open my mind ... So far i see doors opening in my mind , but still awaite them in life.. I have read alot of your e-mail and find them vary insprational .. I grew up i a single parent home wth 1 brother and two sisters, my mother had heart surgury at the age of 19 ... so all i have ever known was hard ship and closed doors.. I am hoping that all with visulization and open thinking helps me and my girls to come back as a family. See i lost both of my girls due to a bad past relationship with their father... And i have tryed alot of different things to open my mind for a better life .. so thank you for starting me on the right path..

Hi Helene, i just have a couple of FAQ. i've been receiving sweepstakes in the mail, they all ask for a processing fee. Is that right? When they say you've have won, How long does it usally take before you would get your prize money, for me it seems like it's taking forever.I've been waiting for a very long time.They also keep sending me the same doc's to sign... Help me out here helene, I need some advice.

Hi Helen, just want to say thanks for your inspiring words last year. I've practise alot of your teaching and have gain tremdously. My wish for this 2010 is to have very good health for both me and my kids, get my massage license in February that i can set up my massage business in April which i'll earn $10,000 a month, to get a brand new 2010 car that i will be the first one to drive, meet the man of my dreams, wealthy, healty and mine. Get my new house by thanksgiving and just continue to live happily ever after, me and my kids and the new man in my life.

Especially after your time with Jose Silva, I am interested in your thoughts about going to alpha, ie, the methods like Silva,3,2,1, entering workshop, special place etc, screen of mind, white screens, etc,as far as manifesting/creating/recieving goes. Hello Helene, I have read your emails for more than a year and have read how your miraculous discoveries changed your life. I think this is amazing that you would want to share this phonemenon with the world.
However, I have been a practicing spiritualist, optimist, and advisor to masses for more than three decades and it always seems to end up being that one bad apple spoils the bunch, so to speak. I am not a people pleaser but I do believe what goes around comes around and that you should treat your fellow man or woman with the utmost respect. Until people understand that the greatest gift is love and that selfishness is a curse then nothing from nothing leaves nothing.

I came across your website and was quite intrigued. I myself have been studying Sogr " Science of Getting Rich" and Writings By Peggy McColl 21 Distinctions Of Wealth. for the past 7 years I have manifested many things. relocation to a place my husband and I have always wanted to live, A 100 year old stone House. Sums of money when we needed it. My next one is the lottery jackpot. Everything I have study Gratefulness, Faith, forgiveness,Love for all things, Envison in your mind what you truely desire, and most of all patience. This must be done on a dayly bases. My most recent manifestation was just before Thanksgiving 09 ALL my children and and grand children were coming I hadn't seen them in over 3 years. All i had was a small folding table
with a couple of chairs. So I just pictures my family sitting around a big table. The week before Thanksgiving I said to my husband I want to go to the flea market we didn't have a lot of money. My husband agreed but said we have to take the van. I remember saying to him we don't have a lot of money to buy anything big I just wanted to get out of the house for awhile . So long story short I came across a dining room set A table with 2 leafs, 6 chairs, China cabinet and buffet on paid $25 exactly the amount of money I had on me.
