I had a call from a young man today.
I did his Blueprint several weeks ago and he had some questions he wanted me to clarify. Before we finished our conversation he said, “ I have a confession. When I first read your SPEC article it sounded too good to be true. I wanted to prove it to myself. I showed the article to my wife and she was interested. “I’ll start out by projecting for a $5 bill,” I announced. I visualized having the bill in my hand and began projected several times a day.
It was four days later when my wife came in from the laundry room waving a $5 bill. “Here is the bill you have been projecting for. I found it in the dryer. It must have been in a pocket,” she explained.
“I don’t think that counts. I’ll chalk it up as a coincidence.” I told her and dismissed it. The following Saturday my ten-year old son and I went to Home Depot to get lumber to repair some slats on the back fence. I gave the clerk a $50 bill for my $28.30 purchase. The clerk handed me my change and we walked out. I suddenly got the feeling to count the money. That’s when I discovered that instead of receiving $21.70 change the clerk had given me $26.70. It was a $5 error in my favor. I explained the transaction and showed the receipt to my son. We went back into the store. “This is not rightfully my money,” I said to the clerk as I handed him the $5.
I must confess I didn’t know how the $5 would manifest… it definitely was not what I had expected. But I did have proof that SPEC has merit and I’m now using it for another goal.”
I’m always pleased to hear people’s stories and how their goals manifested for them.

My condolences, Helene, I read so many of your stories, it as if I know you.
I can relate to your stories from you heart, and it evident that you and your son, shared an amazing bond that is often rare.
It ironic that your story comes to me a day after mother day.
my son lost his entire left side of his face 4 years ago when he was 12. he is 16 now.
I remember, when I collasped in casualty as I could bear to see my baby like in that condition. He had been in a car accident. He looked at me and said ' mom I love you', and those three words gave me all the strength I needed to stand by him night and day. He showed me that he was stronger than I, and now I see our love and connection got us through all the tough days. His faced is now reconstructed, he lives a normal life, goes to school, even though he has lost some, time. He gave me stregth, when I was lost. Motherhood is the most precious experience. I grateful for your story, and humbled by your strength, and the beautiful memories, you shared. Our pain become special shared experiences with time

I'm sorry for your loss,as I understand how you feel. I lost my daughter with cancer of the liver at the age of 16. It now has been 15 years. She went in for a liver transplant but atthe same time another woman was also a match. While they had my daughter on the operating table the other woman's family made a big cash donation so she got the liver ,let alone she was 63yrs.old. I lost her 3 months later. I have great memories and tons of pictures, so I can say one thing It never gets better,it just gets easier. May God be with you,
