We all dream, but some people claim that they cannot remember their dreams. I believe that mental musing is the same as when one is in a dream state.
Most dreams are sorting dreams - meaning we sort out the day’s happenings. Some of our dreams are wishful thinking and some dreams are prophetic. If our dreams alarm us there is a way that one can cancel out the negative and replay the situation and change it into a positive.
What led me to discuss dreams this morning is a phone call I received a number of years ago from a women who was alarmed about a dream she had and asked for my opinion.
Her dream…”My two daughters go to a college that is a four-hour drive from here. Jim, the son of my best friend, who goes to the same college, has a car; when he comes home on the weekends they usually come home with him to visit.
They are here this weekend and last night I dreamed that they had an accident going back to college. It was so specific. I saw Jim running off the road to avoid hitting a car and his car flipped over and the car rolled down an embankment.
I awoke in a sweat and fear; it was so real. I know that Jim is a cautious driver and a good kid. What should I do? Drive them back to college myself or tell Jim and the girls about my dream and ask Jim to be extra careful?
My suggestion…”Let’s you and I replay your dream because we don’t know if it is predestined. Somebody may need that ‘accident’ as their learning experience.
Sound far-fetched? Hear me out before you jump to any conclusions.
In my book there are no accidents, you set them up. It sometimes takes a lot of soul searching for one to admit that it was their thinking that caused it. So… what we did together was we mentally saw the accident and projected and visualized her two daughters getting out of the car without a scratch.
I suggested that she replay the scene over and over with her daughters unharmed. “I too will also send energy for their safety,” I assured her. It was later that evening when she called.
There was an accident, she and her husband had to go to the scene of the accident and pick up their daughters to take them to college. Jim was in the hospital with two broken legs. When we discussed it later she questioned, “Why didn’t we also include Jim walking away from the scene unharmed?"
Good question. I had to give that oversight a serious consideration. But we did get the answer.
When she went to visit Jim in the hospital later that week he made the remark, “Well I guess this means I won’t have to go back to school. It was my dad’s idea that I had to go to college. I want to start my own band and continue to play my guitar and write songs.” Which he did and became quite successful locally.
Many times parents think that they know what is best for their children. But that is not always the case.
REMINDER- When one has a frightening dream with any negative consequences the majority of people tend to replay it over and over again. You are giving it energy -
Thoughts create, especially when we dwell on them with emotion.

i had a dream these past few days that i was harvesting lots of yam/sweet potato and I was swimming and there were lots, thousands of baby fish underneath the ocean that i was playing with them. Does this mean anything? Because my dad in 1982 went to this sweepstakes store the man offered him a ticket he did not get the ticket but that night he dreamt about the ticket the following day he went back to get the ticket and he won..so does my dream mean anything im positive too that i will win in the future just like my dad.

i have always known these things to be true i have had several experiances with dreams so real that ive awoken out of my sleep believing that it was still happening one time i told one of my freinds about a particular dream that had no significance but i told him ne way and months later the entire scence frm my dream that i told him about happend and he and i realized it and freaked out crzy thing
Thanks for the Email.Actually I just happen to create myself my first email and it happen that you are the first person that emailed me,therefore when I was creating my email Miss Helene's name just Popped up.I was interested reading it, I believe I was meant to see it!At this time Im in an urgent Emergency need financially for the sake of my grandchildren & my daughter.I've been trying to get to play in the lotto because I believe that I will win big to help my grandchildrens & my daughters, including my entire families & other people out there that need help.Im a strong Christian Faith Believed Woman, I claim & declare that I am a Woman of Power,Love & a Sound Mind.As my childhood to my teenage life(7yrs-17yrs) I dream more about Heavenly dreams,I dream that I can fly like the angels to rescue &save those who are in need of care.But to be able to fly I have to go to a higher ground for instance like my school when I was a little girl.I was brought up in the Catholic Girls private school called The Saint Francis.The stairs are like the Pyramid as for myself I love to run up & down on them stairs especially coming down because I would missed two or three steps running down taking long jumps!I was always excited about doing that,I sometimes get in trouble by our Mother Superior of the school for doing that but I just get too excited sometimes I kept on doing it.Im 47yrs and sometimes I happened to dream about that dream of myself jumping from stairs to stairs and launching off and fly away like an eagle like a superwoman trying to save the world.Yes I believe that Miss Helene is a blessed woman and that is her gift, her gift is the gift of luck.She is more blessed with that gift because she not the kind of a person that kept that to herself but she is sharing it with others, It's like passing on or sharing the blessing.I appreciate the time & the effort for your responding back.
